Travel Information

All travel arrangements can be made by meeting planners or by Chad Hymas Communications, Inc.

Requirements for travel include round trip coach airfare (when necessary) and transportation to and from the event. Chad does not need any special accommodations due to his disability. However, a wheelchair accessible hotel room is preferred if an overnight stay is required.
